Caos
Chaos is...
everything upside down,
dust,
glue smell,
wallpaper,
stairs up, stairs down,
sweat,
rows with those we are with,
esthetics absence
in
order eagerness.

Hoje trago aqui um bocadinho da feira de artesanato da Festa de S. Bartolomeu na Foz do Douro. Fui por mera curiosidade e o que vi excedeu as minhas expectativas.
Espero lá voltar antes de tudo terminar.
~~~~~~~~~
Today I've posted here pics of a handicraft market event happening because of St. Bartolomeo's celebrations at Foz do Douro. I went there just because I wanted to see how it all was but what I saw was far from what I had imagined it could be like.
I'm looking forward to another visit before it0s all gone.
Já há muito tempo que andava para fazer o que fiz hoje.
Uma viagem no Circuito Turístico na minha própria cidade.
Foi muito agradável!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I had been thinking about doing what I did today for long.
A sightseeing tour in my own city.
It was very pleasant!
Agora só falta o helicóptero!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There's only the helicopter missing now!
Lá bem longe ... intangível e fria... brilha a Lua!
É lá onde põem todos aqueles que se perdem no pensamento!
~~~~~~~~~~
Real far, up there ... untouchable and cold ... the Moon is shining.
It's there where those lost in thoughts are said to be!

Vi... e pensei ... porque não?
A Natureza esculpiu!
Mas...
Poeticamente ... não sei o que dizer...
(LOL)
~~~~~~~~
I saw it ... and thought .. why not?
Nature sculptured that!
But...
Poetically ... I don't know what to say ...
(LOL)
Lembrei-me desta música e deixo em "bold font" o meu desejo de uma sublimação (quase) impossível. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Simon & Garfunkel allowed the tune!
I came to this song and I leave here stressed in bold font my wish of an (almost) impssible sublimation:
Inhabited Body
Body on a horizon of water,
body open
to the slow intoxication of fingers,
body defended
by the splendour of apples,
surrendered hill by hill,
body lovingly made moist
by the tongue’s pliant sun.
Body with the taste of cropped grass
in a secret garden,
body where I am at home,
body where I lie down
to suck up silence,
to hear
the murmur of blades of grain,
to breathe
the deep dark sweetness of the bramble bush.
Body of a thousand mouths,
all tawny with joy,
all ready to sip,
ready to bite till a scream
bursts from the bowels
and mounts to the towers
and pleads for a dagger.
Body for surrendering to tears.
Body ripe for death.
Body for imbibing to the end –
my ocean, brief
and white,
my secret vessel,
my propitious wind,
my errant, unknown,
endless navigation.
... ... toda uma série de grafismos
que me deixaram entretida durante cerca de duas horas.
Valeu a pena a visita!
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today I took advantage out of the Metro do Porto (our tube!) air conditioning to go and experience the latest route of the novelty our underground is around here.
I found myself before a beautiful and super modern station with rails disappearing in the green grass as you can see above.
Then I got into the airport. Inside there were reflections of all kinds ... ...
... ... and all sorts of graphisms which made me busy for about two hours..
And.. it was worth it!

This fire isn't a fire of "love which burns unseen".
It's no wound which doesn't ache or you don't feel.
It's far from being a discontented happiness.
It's in a scream of fury against all that happens and shouldn't happen,
It's in a scream of despair and utter impossibility to overreact
that we try what is impossible to achieve:
to save what is left of this poor country
in fire!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ah, the freshness in the face of leaving a task undone!
To be remiss is to be positively out in the country!
What a refuge it is to be completely unreliable!
I can breathe easier now that the appointments are behind me.
I missed them all, through deliberate negligence,
Having waited for the urge to go, which I knew wouldn’t come.
I’m free, and against organized, clothed society.
I’m naked and plunge into the water of my imagination.
It’s too late to be at either of the two meetings where I should have been at the same time,
Deliberately at the same time...
No matter, I’ll stay here dreaming verses and smiling in italics.
This spectator aspect of life is so amusing!
I can’t even light the next cigarette... If it’s an action,
It can wait for me, along with the others, in the non-meeting called life.
(Sim ... porque isto de trabalhar e não ser reconhecido pelo trabalho que se desenvolve pelos goverantes da tutela é no mínimo desmotivante e TRISTE!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I walked along here toady ... in an attempt to find out Spain in my area!!
I went to El Corte Ingles which is a novelty in Gaia.
And I went along the upper bridge of Ponte de D. Luís for the first time in my whole life!
I'm enjoying my free time the way I am having it!
I'm feeling great!(Yes... because when you work and your work is overseen by those in the government you are under the charge of is really demotivating and SAD!)
